Kiss Someone When You Hear Of The Woman With The Gun And You Will Make Magic

Daphne Gottlieb

Excerpted from “Kissing Dead Girls”, Soft Skull Press, 2008

There is a room.
In this room is a woman with The woman with the gun
has now been sent to you.

A United States Air Force officer saw the woman with a gun and received hazard pay while in the West Bank. One private
          won
in the lottery after seeing the woman with the gun but lost it because he broke
the chain while in Vietnam.

Each person who has seen the woman
with the gun describes her differently.
The woman with the gun must continue to travel around the world. After spending time in the room with the woman with the gun, you will get a surprise.

This is true
even if you are not
superstitious.
Do note the following:

A businessman saw the woman with the gun.
She appeared to him as his mother and father. The bullets sat wailing on the floor,
neglected.
He asked his secretary to make twenty copies
and send them out. A few days later
they brought him 20 million dollars.

An office employee saw the woman with the gun.
He forgot she had to leave his hands
within 96 hours. And in a few days, he lost his job.
Later, he sent copies.
He still had no job.

One housewife saw the woman
with the gun and, not believing,
she threw the gun
away. Nine days later, she baked cobbler.

Please do not ignore this.
It works.
Send the woman with the gun
to people you think need good luck.

Don’t send money
as fate has no price.
Do not keep the woman
with the gun.
